Swimming

On Friday 15th November, we went to the Beckenham Spa for a swimming gala against other Bromley large schools. We took a group of 17 swimmers from Y4, Y5 and Y6 and competed in a range of events including individual races, relay events and a 8 person squadron. I took part in a relay race and the 8 person squadron. Overall, Balgowan finished in 2nd place - missing out on 1st place by only 2 points. Even though we didn't win, I still had lots of fun racing and cheering everybody on. Harriet, 6SM
